CAPE VINCENT — Some of the faces in the wind power development discussion are changing.
James H. Madden, project manager for BP Wind Energy's Cape Vincent Wind Farm, is leaving the company.
"An opportunity came up with a smaller company," he said. "It's related to both wind and solar."

Omar Aboudaher will be the interim project manager until a new project manager is chosen.
"He's an engineer with extensive experience with BP," Mr. Madden said. "He heads up East Coast development."
