JCIDA won't change PILOT

The proposed Galloo Island Wind Farm payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement could come up for a vote Tuesday night, but nothing's changed with the terms.
The Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency asked that the PILOT be taken off the Jefferson County Board of Legislators agenda Jan. 5. Instead, the agency took questions and concerns from legislators.
